yes, absolutely tragic cover, and i usually like/love the nato label's whimsical design choices. but don't be deceived - this is neither silly nor carnivalesque, barre phillips, pierre favre, tony coe, kenny wheeler are all in the band, and it was recorded by the legendary daniel deshays! this is an excellent and slept on free jazz album.
