kampec dolores - levitation

rer megacorp vinyl issue of hungarian group's previously self-released cassette. in parts tight, jerky "alternative rock", with a bit of "skronk", its tougher side is pleasingly mediated by dreamy string and horn interludes and tracks like "it's beauty = szépsége titkos", "a fox flew past here = egy róka szállt itt", and "chinese picture = (kínai kép)", the latter of which kind of reminds me of the sugarcubes. a highly unique combination of folkloric memory and experimental rock skepticism/philosophical musing!

condition: vg+/vg, with light shelf wear, mild creasing, and pinching to spine, though i think this part is by design. comes with lyric sheet insert.
